Capacity Building Workshop For Digital Focal Points Of The SW Region

Digital Focal points from Councils in the South West Region have met in the sea resort town of Limbe for a two-day training workshop on July 30 and 31st 2025. The training was aimed at building capacity for the digitalization actors to update their individual Council websites with information. The training demonstrates Cameroon’s effort in the enhancement of modern technology through the use of digital tools that will help connect everyone to the internet and grow the economy.

The training took place at the Limbe 1 Council and involved Communicators from the South West Region. This shows that digitalization is a big change for everyone in the society, not just a technological change. So, everyone needs to embrace it. The lessons covered many topics of the use of digital tools.
